Tekkio, LLC cares about your privacy and wants to be transparent about the data we collect and how it's used. Here's a straightforward explanation of what we collect, why, and how you can manage your information.
1. Website Visitors
Our website doesn't collect any personal information unless you explicitly provide it to us — like when:
- You subscribe to our email list
- You register for or login to the partner portal
If you do either of these, we may collect basic information like your name and email address as well as any other information needed for us to provide you with the services you requested.
Data Deletion:
Mailing list subscribers can ask us to delete your information at any time by reaching out to us. We'll respect your request and remove your data promptly.
Partners can request their data to be deleted at any time after the business relationship between Tekkio and the partner ends. At this time we will evaluate your request and mark your data for deletion at the earliest time as permitted by applicable law.
2. TekkioHub
When you're using TekkioHub, we collect and store a lot more data, and that's by design. This includes:
- IP addresses
- Network configurations
- System Performance Data
- All information that you enter into our system
Other proprietary information that helps us manage and monitor your environment
As we improve Tekkio products and services, we will continuously expand the amount of information we collect, however, this is done only to provide the functionality of Tekkio. We strive to limit the amount of information collected and only store what is necessary.
We will never collect the following:
- Data handled or stored by your applications running on Tekkio Clusters
- Information about your environment, equipment, and software not running on or related to Tekkio
To avoid collection of any data by Tekkio, customers have the option to run a dedicated TekkioHub as allowed by our Enterprise Licensing. In this case, all data mentioned in this section is stored securely on your premises or a service provider of your choice and Tekkio will only be given limited access during troubleshooting. The information being collected at this time can be controlled by the customer on a case-by-case basis.
Data Deletion:
Since this data is tied to active service contracts, deletion requests can only be processed after all contracts between you and us have ended and we are no longer legally required to maintain this information.
