Robust Logging
Effective logging is essential for rapid issue resolution. That's why Tekkio clusters automatically transmit their logs to the hub, providing a unified view for analysis. This centralized logging makes it easy to diagnose performance and availability issues, identify root causes, and implement fixes. Once resolved, those improvements can be propagated across your entire fleet of clusters, helping prevent similar issues elsewhere and ensuring consistent reliability at scale.

Of course, the health of Tekkio itself is only part of the picture and ultimately meaningless without context from the applications it hosts. That's why Tekkio also provides the ability to forward application-level logs from containers to the Hub (VM support currently on the roadmap). These logs can be correlated with Tekkio's own operational events, giving you a comprehensive, end-to-end view of system behavior. This unified logging approach makes it easier to trace issues across layers, understand their true impact, and resolve them more effectively.
For deeper analysis and integration, customers running their own TekkioHub instance can forward both, Tekkio events and external log data, to other systems such as SIEM platforms, centralized logging services, or custom analytics pipelines. This flexibility enables organizations to incorporate Tekkio insights into their broader observability and security ecosystems.
